Part of our selection comes directly from our cattle ranch in Galicia, where we take care of the breeding and the choice of each piece with the same respect with which we take care of the fire here.

We raise our cattle in freedom and prioritize responsible practices, to guarantee a meat with character: juicy, tasty and with that fat that perfumes without hiding the flavor. This is our way of understanding sustainable gastronomy: Galician roots, honest product and a cuisine that does not disguise anything.
