Taberna del Cura is a Castilian grill house on Gran de Gràcia with rooms for family and friends to celebrate together. Birthdays, anniversaries, a long Sunday lunch or a reunion with old classmates: we put together a sharing menu with wood-fired suckling pig and meats grilled over holm oak charcoal.
We host lunches and dinners for groups of every size: one long table or a whole room. Tell us how many you are, the date and what you’re celebrating, and we’ll suggest a room and a menu.
The restaurant has several rooms with Castilian tavern decor. Some can be booked just for your group and others are joined together for larger parties.
The suckling pig is roasted whole in the wood-fired oven, Segovia style, and the Rubia Gallega beef is cooked over holm oak charcoal. To start: croquettes, Burgos black pudding or fried aubergine with honey.
We put the menu together with you: starters to share, a main course of your choice, dessert and drinks. For larger groups, you can order a whole suckling pig to be carved at the table.
We’re open every day from 12:00 to 01:00, including Sundays and public holidays, with the kitchen open throughout. Your celebration can be a long Sunday lunch or a midweek dinner.
We adapt the menu for vegetarians, vegans, coeliacs and food intolerances. Just let us know when you book.
