Since 1985 we keep alive the essence of our cuisine with local products and the unmistakable flavor of the holm oak.
The secret is the live fire. That smoky aroma that defines us is transmitted directly to our grilled meat and grilled vegetables with aioli, where the creole sausage, mushroom sausage, Iberian pork loin, chicken and lamb are slowly browned to get that juicy and toasted point that only gives the real grill. All this, accompanied by seasonal vegetables roasted al caliu.
To round off the experience, we serve our caramelized Catalan cream, handmade with its layer of burnt sugar to guarantee the sweet and traditional closure that every good calçotada deserves.
