From the charcoal grill and the wood-fired oven
What we do best comes off the coals and out of the wood oven. The dry-aged rubia gallega T-bone steak seared over charcoal, the milk-fed lamb roasted in the wood oven with crisp skin and meat that falls off the bone, and the Segovian suckling pig so tender it is carved with the edge of a plate. To take home, our rotisserie chickens turn over charcoal all day long. And when the season comes, we set up the calçotada with our house sauce.
From Monday to Friday we serve a set lunch menu with stews and slow-cooked dishes. If you are coming as a group, we have a private dining room and fixed menus. We answer the most common questions in our FAQ.
